Sources, originality & review status

How this atlas was built

Originality

All lesson text, plates, duels, microscope fields, tools and decision pathways are original GlobalVet material written and drawn from published veterinary consensus knowledge. Plates are teaching illustrations, not patient images. Published tools (WSAVA body and muscle condition charts, Favrot's criteria, AVDC nomenclature, pain scales) are described and named, not reproduced. The frameworks Normal · Pattern · Proof, L.E.S.I.O.N., M.A.S.S., Tear · Stain · Pressure, P.R.O.B.E. and C.E.L.L. are GlobalVet teaching tools, not published clinical guidelines. Dog and cat silhouettes: PhyloPic, public domain (CC0 1.0).
